Free collection / return
Collect your photobooth yourself 1–2 days before your party, by agreement, so you can get everything ready at your leisure. Collection and return are free with this option.

Plug in, pose and enjoy
Take the booth to your venue and set it up using the instruction card. Allow for a weight of around 25 kg when receiving and moving it.

Collected automatically afterwards
Return the system the following day or at the agreed time. Clean it, replace the protective covers and transport it upright.
Home delivery and full service at your venue are available too. We agree the schedule with you. Transport charges depend on distance. Ask about options for Venlo, Roermond, Weert, Sittard, Heerlen, Maastricht and the rest of Limburg.

Base prices for one hire day are Premium €190, XL €290, AI Photobooth €230 and Printerbooth €190. Each of these four photobooths includes 200 prints. Extras and delivery charges are additional. Your final total appears in the package builder.
Choose Premium for a versatile photobooth experience, XL for an extra-large touchscreen, AI for creative transformations or Printerbooth for phone photo printing. Available extras appear after you select your system in the configurator.
Yes, Premium, XL, AI Photobooth and Printerbooth include 200 prints. The digital Photobooth Lite is a separate option without prints.
Premium and XL let you take unlimited photos, with 200 prints as standard. Add unlimited prints for €68. AI Photobooth and Printerbooth have their own print packages: AI can be upgraded to 400 or 800 prints, and Printerbooth to 400.
Yes. Designing your own layout with the online personalisation tool costs €25 for Premium and XL. Choose a design and change text, colours and images. A bespoke design by our designer costs €55. Read more on the personalisation page.
Personalisation is the design of the print, such as a frame with names, a date or a logo. A custom photo background replaces the background behind the people using the greenscreen effect. These are separate features; the background option costs €25 for Premium and XL.
Add the AI feature to Premium or XL for €35 alongside regular photos. The dedicated AI Photobooth focuses on AI creations, with 200 AI photos and prints, 100 AI designs and the option to enter your own prompts. View the choices for your selected system.
Premium and XL offer 5 × 15 cm photo strips and 15 × 10 cm large photos. Each session prints two strips or one large photo. The AI Photobooth uses 15 × 10 cm prints with one large photo and personalisation.
Yes. Choose a Printerbooth from €190 with 200 prints, or add the Printerbooth feature to Premium or XL for €25. This extra uses the same device and your chosen print allowance still applies.
The HDMI slideshow automatically displays photos on a connected TV, monitor or projector while guests keep using the photobooth. It costs €25 on compatible systems. Check the connection in advance; an external screen is not automatically included.
Add video messages to Premium or XL for €25. Guests can record a personal wish or congratulations. Choose the digital gallery if you want to receive the recorded images afterwards.
You can add the shareable digital gallery for €20. Receive your images afterwards to view, download and share. The gallery is a separate option alongside physical prints.
Digital props are free where available. A physical props pack on sticks, with hats, moustaches and glasses for example, costs €12. Paid accessories are only added when you choose them.
The base price covers one full hire day of 24 hours. For a party continuing after midnight, choose one hire day. Two days cost €125 extra; three or more days cost €250 extra.
Choose free collection / return by appointment. Collect it 1–2 days before your party by agreement and return it the following day or at the agreed time. Home delivery and full service at your venue are also available, with an agreed schedule and distance-based transport charges.

No. The photobooth is collected automatically one or two days after use. The exact collection day appears during checkout. You receive the expected time by text message and email the day before. Pack the system correctly and have it ready for the driver.
Transport the system upright with the protective covers closed. Check that your car has enough space and a stable place for it. Follow the instruction card for setup or discuss full service at your venue.
Open the configurator, choose your event date and system, and add any extras. It shows availability and the total for your choices. Contact us with any questions about your setup or options.
